Information on this site

Pages describe the home care we arrange and how to contact us. They are not a medical diagnosis, a quote, or a promise that care will start on a particular day. Fees, start dates and the detail of a care plan are confirmed in writing after an assessment.

Cost ranges in our articles are typical London figures we have published to help families compare options. They are not a price list.

Enquiries

Sending a form asks us to reply. It does not create a contract for care. Please do not include National Insurance numbers or copies of identity documents in a website form or in an ordinary email.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or copy our content for another care business. You may share links to our pages.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate. We are not liable for decisions made solely from these pages, or for third-party sites we link to, including the CQC, OpenStreetMap and the careers application form. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
