We support individuals with learning disabilities through structured care, clear communication, and positive daily activities that build confidence and encourage independence. Our personalised approach ensures every person gets the care and attention they need to thrive.
Support might cover personal care, meals, travelling to a day service, help around the house, or time in the community. We use the communication style that works for the person, written in the plan so a new carer does not have to guess. Choice is part of the visit, not an extra.
We also offer staffing for learning disabilities support as part of our wider work, including short, medium and long term arrangements. The detail is agreed with the person and, where they wish, with family or a social worker.
